Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Final sale items (e.g., clearance or promotional) cannot be returned or exchanged.

- A return authorization number (RA number) will be issued for the return process.
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
- If we provide a prepaid shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product for a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Intimates, swimwear, custom items, or accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
